Early-access draft · last updated June 2026
This is a plain-language summary of how Easy Journal handles your data during early access. It will be expanded into a full policy before public launch. We aim to collect only what the product needs to work.
What we store
Your account details (such as your email and display name, provided through our sign-in provider) and the trade data you choose to log. Your data is scoped to your own workspace.
Sign-in
Authentication is handled by a third-party identity provider. We never store your password, and session tokens are kept server-side in an encrypted, HttpOnly cookie — never in your browser's local storage.
How we use it
We use your data to provide the journal: to show your trades, compute your metrics, and run your account. We do not sell your data.
Honest scope
Easy Journal is an early-access product. We do not claim formal compliance certifications at this stage. If you have questions about your data, reach out and we'll help.
